It has been confirmed, as of last, week Rene Valdes Miller has begun at his post as the Director of the Partagas store below the factory in Havana. Operations have begun once again albeit on a sombre note. All the regular staff are back at work and preparations for the Encuentro are moving forward as before with Rene now leading the team. I for one was happy to hear that the Encuentro had not been cancelled.
There is still no news on Abel Esposito, I hope he's okay. I will let you know if I hear something. In a little over a week I will be there myself.
