There are so many cigar shops in Havana and most of them are never heard of. One of these shops is not too far from where I stay in Miramar (Havana). I've often wanted to pay them a visit and on the one occasion that I did, it was closed. One this trip in May I was looking everywhere for some 'Infantes' and popped in to see if they had any here.
I found a relatively small shop with a decent size smoking area and a pretty good walk-in humidor. I also found the staff to be very pleasant and inviting. I wish I had the time to hang around and smoke a cigar but was on the run. They have a nice elderly gentleman by the name of Arnaldo Alfonso Ibanez rolling customs here. I was gifted one of his Coronas and remembered it being very pleasant but beyond that I can't tell you much more. The manager and co-worker were also present and very cordial as I was purchasing a box of cigars. It's too bad nobody was there, I can see myself enjoying a lengthier stay here. I will return one day with more time and try some of Arnaldo's other Vitolas. For now, below are some of the pictures I took while I was there.
