This is, in my opinion, the best Italian restaurant in Havana....the Pope ate here for God's sake, if that isn't endorsement enough, I don't know what is. I try to eat here at least once per trip, sometimes more often. It isn't cheap but it isn't over the top either, good quality and product availability is almost always going to cost a little more. The service is respectable, attentive and courteous, it's always a pleasure to be taken care of here.
We started out with the Burrata Ball accompanied by a focaccia and a handful of arucola. I know it was way too much, even for the two of us but I wanted to try out the quality of product....I hardly ever get a Burrata this good in Toronto. We finished with a Fish Platter that was cheaper than the cheese. We had no room for dessert.
In conclusion, the food here has always been great and continues to be so. I recommend this restaurant to anyone who's ever thought of making the trip....well worth it.
PS.....They've made a few renovations inside and the patio has changed dramatically, new furniture and it looks like they've added a few more seats.
