This has always been one of my favourite Cigar Shops in Havana. It has a decent selection of cigars, an enormous bar serviced by an experienced bartender, a comfortable space for smoking with a large screen tv that always shows important soccer matches and has one of the best rollers in the city, Juanita. Unfortunately, I haven't seen Juanita in my last couple of visits, this one included. It seems that I always come around when it's Juanita's day off. The shop is located on the second floor of the hotel, up the escalator and turn right, you can't miss it.

I have recently found your website and I am so thankful for all the information you provide, pictures, and insights into Cuba. I will be in Havana in December and I am using your site to help in the planning. Cigars are a must for me, and have been strategicallly planning my routes to get into as many LCDHs as I can (or my wife will allow).
ReplyDeleteI did have one question for you, I have seen in your pictures in this post and in others, what looks like cardboard boxes that have a Cohiba sticker on them. In the 9th picture, on the left side, there are several of them stacked, look slightly bigger than a cigar box. What are those? Do they have regular boxes in them? Is it a box of 3 or 5 packs?
