This is another one of those cigar shops that you would never think to enter, if you even you knew of it's existence. Of the tens of thousands of pictures I have of Havana, I can't find one that shows the outside or entrance to this shop. It's run by the ever helpful Israel Hernandez Ojito, better known as Odalys' (from Partagas) husband. A very nice man who will be more than happy to attend to your needs. The shop used to be more of a trinket store with no emphasis on the promotion of the cigars, Israel turned that around. He thought, how could a store with our name (Ron y Tobaco) not be perceived as such. He did away with most of the trinkets and put the shelves filled with rum upfront so it's the first thing you see when you enter. There's a small walk-in humidor to the back of the store as well as a small smoking room. They have a bar that serves espressos and alcohol. Tell Israel I say hello if you pop in.
