Jim Harrison is an award-winning photographer based in Cambridge, Massachusetts. He came up with the idea for this exhibit, that's been traveling around the world for some time now, while driving by the Berlin Wall with his wife one day. Although the artist or art is not Cuban, I post this more to show how diverse the arts are in Havana....it isn't only trying to promote their own, they're also showing art from other countries including the US. The shots below are pieces of a bigger mural or Graffiti. As with a lot of these boutique hotels (and hotels) scattered around Havana (mostly Old Havana), their lobbies or courtyards are used as a gallery. I love it, especially since I visit many hotels for their cigar shops, I'm finding art exhibits without looking for them.
