Cigar Art at the Partagas Encuentro Nov.2016

                   Over the last few Encuentros the Partagas family has included a more robust participation from outside sources including beautifully crafted Humidors painted by local Artists and artwork as in this case with the theme being Partagas. The artwork is created by local Cuban artists using the graphic design or engraving technique.
